Low Throttle Setting ?

My Taranis arrived today with the well documented issue of the throttle stick not staying fully down.

It would spring back up a few notches.

I opened the case and finally worked out how to adjust that, and took the ratchet tension off and a few other spring adjustments to suit.

Now I can't calibrate it to go full 100% down. It's sitting around 76% in the Channel Monitor screen. It shows 100% in the full up movement.

Any ideas what I can do ?
