FrSky FLVSS Individual Cell Voltages with 2 LiPo's

openTx has introduced a range of new features, ideas and bling. It is fast becoming the firmware of choice for many users. openTx will run on ALL current hardware platforms, including the gruvin9x and sky9x boards. Work has already started to support the new FrSky X9D radio!

FrSky FLVSS Individual Cell Voltages with 2 LiPo's

Post by rcgyuk »

Hi,

I found and old post detailing how to display lowest cell value, so I can set a logical switch and alarm on lowest cell reaching a threshold, rather than pack voltage, which could mask a problem.

I now have a plane using 8 cells, 2 x 4 cell LiPo's in series. I have two FLVSS sensors, and have changed the chanel number in one of them, so they are both discovered correctly.

What I can't figure out is a (simple) way to display the lowest cell voltage regardless in which pack it is, so I can set a logical switch and alarm on lowest cell in any pack reaching a threshold.

Any help much appreciated.

Robert.

Set up a "Minimum" calculated sensor with your 2 lowest cell sensors as input.
