Delay Function
Does the stock firmware support a delay function, or do I have to change to a different firmware?

Dont believe it does

Delay Function
Manual delay, the slower you reach for the switch, the slower it will activate...

There is throttle delay on CH3 only, I think, but that could be reassigned by swapping plugs around.
