Frsky Taranis - Cant Load Firmware

just got my Frsky Taranis. plugged it into the computer made sure that the Bootloader option was shown in device manager by using the zadig thing. went to use open TX to flash my taranis and the following message comes up. have tried everything, not sure what to do. would appreciate some help with this.

Looks like you've got another device on your PC that has the same identifier as the radio. Try to disconnect all USB peripherals.

I only have 1 USB slot on my tablet unless its the keyboard dock that hooks up to the tablet? i will try this process again on my other computer and see if it works.
