Hi,
I have the 2.3.11 firmware and companion for Taranis +.
In companion, I cannot find the left and right sliders (LS and RS) anywhere
I don't see them in the simulator window, in the scroll choices and I don't see them in the logical switches under V1 even if they are really there in my Taranis+ and I made sure to transfer my EEPROM latest file.
For example, I have in logical switches a<x LS 50
I see the 50 under V2 but nothing under V1. Strange.
It seems everything related to the sliders is not there.
Please advise.
Thanks,
RTG

Re: Companion 2.3.11 problems
Have you looked in Companion at the Radio Settings in the Hardware tab to make sure LS and RS are defined?
If they are set to None, it would cause your symtoms.

Re: Companion 2.3.11 problems
Hi rdeanchurch,
Indeed they are at none.
I put both LS and RS at slider in the hardware page. No change, no sliders appeared.
Please note I did this only in Companion and not in Taranis yet.

Re: Companion 2.3.11 problems
Did you do the 'Store calib. and hw settings in selected profile' on the bottom of the tab.
I would do that then save the .otx, then (re)open the .otx and check the 'Hardware' tab and see if the settings for LS and RS stuck.
If so, now see if that changes it so that LS and RS can be selected.

Re: Companion 2.3.11 problems
Hi,
Yes I did do the store and checked the LS and RS are at slider.
No luck, no sliders appear even if they are both stored at slider with detent.
Both the sliders do work in my Taranis + but are invisible in Companion.

Re: Companion 2.3.11 problems
Sorry I couldn't help.
I do not have any other suggestions.
I no longer have 2.3.11 on my PC. It worked for me in 2.2.4 and 2.3.14.
Good luck.

Re: Companion 2.3.11 problems
Thank you Dean,
It worked for me as well in older Companion versions.
Not sure why now it's not working.
Maybe someone else has the solution. I must have forgotten something, but what?
Cheers!

Once you set them correctly you may need to save, close and reload the file for it to apply.

Re: Companion 2.3.11 problems
OK, once I made the change in the radio and saved the eeprom file, copied it to PC, it worked.
I thought making changes and saving in Companion only would work but I was wrong we need to edit the slides save it in the Radio as well.
Good to know for next time.
Thanks guys,
