Opentx companion radio not found message

I was trying to install DFU but after going to download page and link to get it I read the following
“
Note that OpenTX 2.2 includes dfu-util and avrdude in its .app package (companion 2.2.app/Contents/Resources/dfu-util) and this installer is no longer needed.”
Then it says
“ Flashing utility for the Taranis on Mac OS X.

Download and install
Make sure that in OpenTX Companion’s Burn Preferences (OpenTX Companion menu -> Preferences) the dfu-util path is set to “/opt/local/bin/dfu-util”.
Dismiss with OK, and you should now be able to flash.”

I went to preferences but didn’t see any Burn Preferences or dfu-util path .

This is as far as I got.

Bad USB chord was the problem,lol.
A suggestion is buy a few long USB cords so when it happens you’ll have a spare.
