I have tried everything I know how to activate telemetry on my Turnigy 9Xtreme upgrade but I am not getting anywhere.
Where does the black/ white wire go on the XJT Tx Module ?
I have the smart port cable for my PixHawk connected.
Just not getting anything...

Black wire to S.Port on XJT module, see here: (
viewtopic.php?f=126&t=7771).
You can also Black wire to pin 5 on the 9x back board.

Then set the protocol to PXX for the XJT module with D16 to use S.Port.
In Protocol setting are you using PXX protocol ?

I'm on it, just no good results.
I am getting a SWR reading but only after I switch from my 550 to my 450 and back to 550 models.

I have not used S.Port telemetry data (cable connection) from a Flight Controller Board (PixHawk) to a 9x radio (using the XJT module).
I am not able to help with this, but maybe someone else will know how and help you.
What FrSky receiver are you using ?

What revision of erksy9x are you using?
Once you are seeing a SWR value, go to the telemetry menu, step down to the Rx Voltage setting and set the value to 13.2V. The number on the right of the screen should then show the Rx voltage on the X8R, and you should also get a RSSI reading. Both of these come from the X8R.

By the way, I noticed the coordinates are 4 digits before the decimal and not 2 digits
Crazy thing is the Tx says I have no GPS signal but the numbers move when I move the craft.
I cannot pull in any other data even though I have the smart bus cable from the PixHawk to the X8R
And it was connected per Craft & Theory's instructions...except for the Taranis part of course...

Went here with my conversation since there is another guy with the same Tx setup issues
