Turnigy Micro USB cable equivalent

Hi there I would like to upgrade the software on my turnigy 9XR transmitter but the UK depot is out of stock of the micro USB cable is there an equivalent cable available in the UK?

If this is the 9XR (and not the 9XR-PRO), then it doesn't use USB directly, it needs a USBASP programmer (or similar).

What USBAP programmer do I need?
