Oh Great & Powerful ER9x Gods;

I'm trying to set up my Flysky transmitter so that Channel 5 (also known as the gear switch) will switch between AVCS and Heading Hold mode on the gyro. Can I do that?

I'm running ER9x, if that helps.



I apologise for my boneheaded ignorance, but I'm getting better. Really.

It's really quite simple. From 0-100 will be HH or AVCS. Then the other way is the opposite. The further you are from 0 the higher the gain will be. The simplest approach is to use a switch on channel 5, and set the endpoints to the gain that you want.

Something like:
CH5 100% FULL AIL (AIL switch here, but you can select any switch you want).
Then go to the "Limits" menu and set CH5 lower and upper limits to the correct gain values for both modes.
