How do you change the screen to something else?

In eepe the option is under the help menu, or there is an icon at the far right of the icon bar. You will need the hex file that you want to burn to your 9x. And an appropriately sized graphic for the splash screen. To know what size graphic to use just download a splash screen for the forum somewhere and modify it or copy the dimensions.
