I update my USBASP FW, in order to eliminate the constant warning message of "avrdude.exe"'s (because the clock can not be set).
https://github.com/Electronic-Project-A ... p?source=c
After that, the message behind and each other AVR burn software works great!
However, the original eepe avrdude can not run well!
(message: -1 not answer of ATMega).
Replacing the avrdude.exe (in eepe folder), everything is working again!
I am using the latest version eepe.
I attached a functioning was avrdude.exe!
Review should consider the installation package contents.

Re: eepe not burn with the original avrdude.exe
usbasp firmware source code is located here. http://www.fischl.de/usbasp/
forum threads on modified versions of the 2009 code and how to update the firmware on your usbasp are here

Yes it appears eepe is using 5.10 version of avrdude. However the version you are supplying in your rar is the same exact file as provided by eepe.
I dont believe the link you provided is usbasp firmware. It may work as firmware on a usbasp Hardware.
I am pretty sure the source code included there is not enough source code to compile the hex file that is located there.
the hex located there is not the same as provided by the 2011 version of fischl firmware.
the main.c listed there includes tpi references so it may have been derived from the 2011 code as tpi wasnt implemented in the 2009 version
IMHO, stick to revisions of the fischl usbasp firmware as outlined in the opencrforum links provided above.

Re: eepe not burn with the original avrdude.exe
ok, but I therefore updated:
"Automatic Software Controlled Clock, Jumper-Free, USBasp "
This works great as well (all other programs).
Interestingly, after the exchange (avrdude.exe) also works with the eepe!
