[HELP] turnigy 9x thr cut switch

I'm not sure if this is hardware or software issue, but after installing frsky dht telemetry mod and flashing to opentx, THR CUT switch is stuck to position 1 (checked in RADIO SETUP/SWITCHES menu).
Here are settings I used for flashing:

If only the THR switch is affected then it's a wiring problem. You probably have a broken or wrong connection.
