Create your own templates

Post by acefx »

Hi, i 'm switching all my models to Open9x with Companion and i love the soft !
Is it possible for the user to add some Custom templates (eg flaperons...etc etc ) or save it in the software (like the " save preset" function in many software) ?
There will be a preset folder, with .pre9x files in it .
Everybody will be able to share it ;)

Thanks in advance !

I think companion should support model saving and importing, then is like having templates.. ;)

Basically you need to have a separate presets eeprom that you save on the computer. Store all of your "template" models in there, then copy them to the eeprom you are working on as needed. Eepe has an option to save individual models as files, companion has no such option.
