Picture upload size

Rob, it there anyway the file dimensions can be increased to allow uploading a larger picture captured on a iPod touch g5 and I guess an iPhone 5?
The upload from the iPods pictures give 3 options and the only one that is within the requirements is only 240 x ? and is to small.
Maybe I'm missing a way to upload higher resolutions?

+1 same issue with my phone -- double the current limits length and width would be pretty sweet.

Not sure this is anything I can change!
Seems to be related to Tapatalk.. but there is no option to adjust the size!

Is there any app that let's us resize?
Maybe we all need to contact tapatalk for help. Nothing to lose.

It seems there are other forum posts with people reporting the problem.
Seems that some people find it depends on the image!

FYI
The upload size options I have on my iPod touch g5 are,
Best. 864x928
Medium 595x640
Small. 298x320
Small being the only option and it's too small.
