Radioking TX18s is not powering up

Radioking TX18s is not powering up

My friend's Radioking TX18S was with me and suddenly encountered a powering-up problem. When I press the power button those arrows blink back and forth and then stop on the left and nothing will come up on the screen. The same happens when I connect it via USB C to PC. Any help would be appreciated ASAP.
