binding Spectrum Receiver to Horus x10s

Hey all - I could use some help please. I am trying to bind a Spectrum DSMX with As3x receiver to my Horus X10s transmitter. I plugged in an OrageDSM2/DSMX transmitter module into my Horus radio and made sure the model setup is set to PPM (see below). With the bind plug in the receiver, I hooked up a lipo. I then held the bind plug in on the transmitter module while turning on the Horus transmitter. For some reason, I can not get the receiver to bind – Any help/suggestions are much appreciated.
