er9x setup for Blade Nano S3

Hey all,
I've got a Blade Nano S3 heli, and a Turnigy 9x running er9x. I have no idea how to set it up using the settings suggested in the Nano S3 manual.
Can someone help me out with how to take these settings and enter them into er9x?
