QX7S XM+ failsafe

Hello everybody. I am new to Frsky and opentx. Updated both tx and rx to latest version. Have set my failsafe on taranis. Encountering strange issue: my plane failsafes after throttle almost down or at minimum while in the air. While spiraling down, i can still control throttle, but not any other controls surfaces are there. On the bench there is no such thing. Where do i start diging from? Also i tried assigning trottle cut switch, and same thing happens. Somehow throtle down disarms my plane?
