Help ! Modify Open TX menu on Radiomaster T8

Newby here. I’m looking for assistance to modify the main menu as shown on the Radiomaster T8 Pro screen.
When switching between models the menu shows multiple options include copy, delete, move etc. I just want “select”.
That way old fat shaking fingers can’t f#ck it up !
