Hi there,
I've recently noticed my battery has started going flat, very quickly - like within a couple of hours of use. I'm using a 2600mah lipo, and have been since I bought the radio a couple of years back. I took the pack out, and checked the individual cells, and found one cell fully charged, and the other as flat as a pancake. I've been charging the pack in the taranis, thinking it would both balance on charge, and also draw equally on discharge. However, this doesn't seem to be the case.

Can anyone please offer me some help or advise?

Charge your battery on a good LiPo charger, not via the balance port on the transmiter.
You can run a balance cycle too on a good charger at this stage...
