Rx telemetry output power options

I see in new versions of OTx the possibility, after registration and binding of an Rx, to enter a page of options.
I use Access (EU LBT) protocol, and I find the option to setup the telemetry power to 25mW.
My question is: what is the default power value for telemetry transmission in respect of ETSI norm?
