Is my 9MM OTA fried

Hi Guys,
Just a quick reassurance please. I tried flashing 9MM OTA via Taranis QX7 Smart port - connected to 9MM OTA SPORT connector. Pretty sure there are no bridges and everything connected properly. When I hit flash firmware I get short green and then red and then Flashing error - not responding. I then checked the connectors on RX and I noticed that SPORT and GND have continuity. IS it safe to assume that Rx is fried?
