Hi all!

I've this big trouble with my new rc, it only blinks like the video below, and the screen doesn't turn on.

Batteries are fulll charged ,sd it's inside and i've checked it and has all the folders.

i try to explain better what is happening:
-Batteries full charged
-sd on with all folders
-when i link the radio to pc with the cable it doesnt comunicate
-if i press the power button the rc goes in the led 1, the LCD screen stays off but if i release the power ,the rc goes off
-i hear sound of the usb plug and unplugged
-companion doesnt see my radio even if i stay with the power button pushed
- im not an engeneer but i'm not good to flash if pc and radio cannot see eachother if the radio doesn't turn on or doesn't stay on power
- i really don't know what to do

What did you do to get there? Or is is a new radio out of the box?

new one, just charged batteries and put it on

Then you should contact your seller, report that it's DOA and have them sort it out.

what means DOA?

Dead on arrival. Meaning it didn't work when you first got it.

If you have the USB pluged in you will not be able to turn it on. You need to unplug then see if it turns on? If not there is more you can test.
