X9D Plus ACESSS - Doesn't play sounds

I need specialist assistance with my new x9d plus access.
My radio doesn't want to play sounds, seems like the speaker is disconnected (but it's not, I already checked)
I have another radio (same version) and tried to find the cause of the problem. From my testing I know the problem is on the main board (the board which connect to the LCD screen)
Is anyone can guide me how to process?
I have multimeter and I'm ready to find and solve
Any help will be appreciated
