Mixes for F14 Freewing

Got the Freewing F14 and want to prevent the ailerons from traveling down when the wings are swept.
2 X8R receivers are hooked up.
Left ail is in channel 10 and right ail in ch 5.
Logical switch L04 active when wings are swept.
So far I have the ailerons inactive when the wings are swept but i really want just the upgoing servo to move when aileron control is input.
This plane has ailerons and is way too sensitive with ailerons going down to.
Any help would be appreciated
