Right now I am running Companion 2.2.3 with my X9D running Opentx 2.2.0 and life is good.
I just picked up X10s with Opentx 2.2.2
Can I use the same install of Companion to edit models and upload models to both tx's?
What about TX firmware updates?

Yes, you just configure one profile for each radio in companion and select the matching one before working on a particular radio.

Even if they have different versions of OpenTX? I mean, one older than the other?

As long as they're both within the same major version (first 2 digits same) which is the case here then yes.
