Are you following the document? Seems you have not installed the driver.

Yes I am following the document step by step, Zadig driver installed with success prior to trying, is there any way of checking in windows10 if the driver has installed?

This does not show if the driver was installed to the proper device.

Yes, connect the radio correctly (off) and check in the device manager if you see an "STM32 BOOTLOADER" device under "libUSBk devices".

Check in the "real" device manager...

OK thanks for that, nothing in the device manager, ran Zadig again, says installed, but nothing. Windows10 is not allowing this driver to install.

I have fixed it!!!

In the Zadig driver installer there was nothing in the device line "STM32 BOOTLOADER" so I went to "options/show all devices" drop down screen selected "STM32 BOOTLOADER" from the list and installed!!!
