Is there a version of ER9X that will run on the FrSky Taranis Q X7 transmitter?

Yes, I've posted test versions here:
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4676, initially specific ones for the X7 (19th Feb), but the general test versions since then include "x7_rom.bin".

mike can your ersky9x for pdi flashing of the orangerx be put on the x7 to flash the orange module?

This uses the "JTAG" connections to provide the two signals needed. On the early QX7s these were available on pads, but it looks like later QX7s only have these accessible o the processor pins.
