Seems like no one responded?
First you need a bmp file for your image. It can start out any forma, size, and resolution but to burn it you need it to end up as a .bmp file, monochrome, 64 x 128 pixels. MS Paint does a fair job of getting to that point, but you'll need to do a lot of single pixel clicking.
Make a copy of the hex file you want to use with a different name so you do not screw up your base copy which would force you to reload.
Start eepe and select 'Customize splash screen.' Browse to your image and select it and you will see approximately what you will end up with on your screen.
Then select 'Save to hex', browse to your hex file and select it.
It says 'done'
Then you burn that file to your transmitter.
For more information you can search the forum for 'splash screen'
You can also post your image for all of us to see in the Splash Screens thread.
If you add your location to your profile maybe there is someone nearby who can help.

Re: 9x Splash Screen
In r758, the compiler moved the splash marker, so images don't load correctly, I have a fix, it will be in a new release.
