Blank Screen on new Taranis

Has anyone experienced this and what did you do

I received my new Taranis yesterday and during one of the power off power on the radio came on but the screen is blank.

During the power on it talked but the screen is blank.

If, i power off and power on again the radio is fine.

Today the issue came up again, this is the second time it did it.

Battery is full and nothing is bind.

My trusted 9x never had a glitch like this.

Never heard of such an issue. Manufacturing defect?
What's the firmware on it?

We had that happen very early in the development, but sorted the initialisation of the LCD to cure it.

Kilrah, the firmware is what came with the radio, "version opentx-x9d-v1.1 02" (written on the version page of the taranis).

Mike, what should i do? it happened twice since i received the radio yesterday. Tonight i turn on and off the radio and no issue. I just dont want this issue surfacing while flying a multirotor or airplane.
Bruce from RCMODELREVIEW had a similar issue when he did a review of his second taranis radio.
