Ok,

So I now have a Tgy 9x with both Turnigy V2 Native Module & FrSky DJT Module (with SmartieParts TelemetrEZ board) & the er9x FrSky firmware.

If I want to use the Turnigy V2 Native Module (I still have a plane & heli using Tgy Rx's) do I need to also re flash the firmware with plain old er9x ?

Or can I just use either module as required with er9x-FrSky (or vice versa) ?

The FrSky version simply adds the telemetry functions and allows for the swapped processor pins for the THR and AIL switches. If you use a non-telemetry module it still works fine, just no telemetry.
If you have the TelemetrEZ board, you must use the FrSky version or you won't have the THR and AIL switches working.
