Question on use of 'slow'

Question on use of 'slow'

Hello,

Noticed the following post,referring to Er9x,does it apply to OpenTX also? And,does it apply to the use of "delay' too ?

Note: you can only put 1 mix with slow on a single channel, otherwise it won't really work properly. That is due to the math algorithim
