Switch mixing

Post by DaleE »

I am trying to mix two switches to perform a special function for lights.
the light controler is on channel 8 and has 9 functions, I want to be able to turn it off or on with the gear switch, and use the trn switch to change modes.

so 0 is off 50% is on and 100% is change mode.

the goal is:
Gear switch up = ch8 off
Gear switch dn = ch8 50%
TRN switch up = ch8 100%

I am sure this can be done with all the reading and experimenting I have done in the last few days, but its beyond me at this point.
I am new to ER9x just flashed 3 days ago.

Kudos to the programmer, I am more than impressed.

Thank you Crucial, I took a look about Google and I see eepe is more than just a flashing tool, has some sort of control and editing ability over the er9x based controler.
have to do some exploring on this now :)

Eepe can be used to setup models and simulate your settings. This way you can load the model from the file I made and see how I set it up. You can then use it to flash those changes to your radio. If you prefer you can use eepe to see how it's setup and then manually change it in the radio to match.

Just be careful that you don't inadvertently delete your already programmed models if you try flashing new settings/models with eepe.
