MasterRadio TX16S

erskyTx runs on many radios and upgrade boards
ersky9x was a port of er9x for use on the sky9x board.

Hi Mike,
The bind in R233B5(with the same settings) was working well but it was not in R224p10 and R224p12.

I'm not sure what the problem might be. I don't have any Flysky2A receivers to test with, but I tested an original Flysky receiver and that binds and a DSMX receiver also binds correctly with the Tx seeing the DSM bind response. So I believe communication with the MPM is working correctly. I currently have 1.3.2.77 on my internal MPM.
Do other protocols bind?

Hi Mike,
The bind in R233B5 was working well as the two vedios.

I added something to make the binding operation timeout (after about a minute!). It looks like this may have upset detecting the MPM reporting bind has completed when it occurs. It may, however, detect the bind completing after 56 seconds.
Please could you try binding, but wait at least a minute after the LED on the Rx goes solid and see if the bind completes then.
A second test is to cancel the bind operation on the Tx after the LED on the Rx goes solid.
If either (or both) of these work then I'll be able to see what change I need to do.

I've posted a P13r224 for the TX16S.This has the bind timing changed so may work as before.

Some parts of the P13R224 firmware still need to be modified. It needs about 5 seconds to detect the bind completing.

In the video, I see the time time taken to complete the binding. What is the rest of the video showing? I don't have any AFHDS2A hardware and therefore don't understand what all the beeps mean!

I've got the fix for the failsafe menu display bug.

In firmware R223B5 or R223B6, AFHDS2A binding is done immediately. But in firmware R224P13 it takes some time.Field flight operation this morning, , AFHDS2A binding is no problem.Forget the buzzer, that's just my failsafe seeker.

I'm not sure what I may have changed, I've been working mainly on the X20, finding out how to use the 900MHz part and TANDEM mode.
I can build using the latest sources. I may have added "themes" to the display options, do you see a "Theme" option in Radio Setup|Display?

You may select from 4 themes. Each theme has its own brightness setting, together with text and background colours.
If a theme has not been configured, it will be set using the current values. Just select a theme number (0-3), then change the above settings for it.
