I can not get my TX to the firmware upgrade as the "three finger salute" won't work. At one stage I was advised the double click the on/off switch while applying the TFS would work but alas I can't get that to work either. I have attempted to upgrade using OpenTX Companion 2.3.15 but get an error message that it can't do it for "an unknown reason". Can anyone help
Thanks in anticipation

With the trims held in you're doing a short press of the power button and not a long one, right?

I have tried both short presses and long i.e. till the TX turns on press to no avail.

Do the trims work normally? One may be faulty.

I am at a loss, seems my replies disappear into thin air. I have tried all sorts of combinations with no result, sorry. I am at a loss!

I'm still mystified, suddenly this morning the radio behaved as it should and I was able to flash both the bootloader and firmware. Lucky me but why? I also have loaded the new SDcard with all my files and now the TX is stumm. I works fine when connected to openTX companion ie when in special functions all sounds will play but not on the TX.

Re: Upgrader to 2.3.15 on a D9XSE-2019
Is there a convention to naming the SDcard? I have given it a name D9XSE2315. I noticed that when upgrading the firmware to version 2.3.15 I had to use the name supplied by the system, previously one had to shorten the name as the system could not deal with long names. Any know? A quick reminder "It works fine when connected to openTX companion ie when in special functions all sounds will play, but not on the TX."
