Replacing the LED Lights in a VIZIO TV

Post by bob195558 »

Need some help finding what the individual LED replacement light or lights are.
I have a VIZIO 50" E50X-E1 TV which I purchased back in 2017.
The display screen developed a dark area in the left upper area and after a few hours the whole screen went Black.
It still has sound and when shining a strong light on the screen can still see the proper images behind the screen.
So as I understand this symptom most of the time, this indicates that the LED Back-Lights have failed.
I disassembled the TV to the LED Back-Light Strips and checked each LED light,
discovering 6 of the 72 LED Lights are failing to work.

I would like to replace all the LED lights individually if cost is much less then purchasing the LED Strips.
I have not been able to find what these individual LED lights are.

If possible, does anyone know what these individual LED Lights are and/or where they may be purchased ?

Below is some more info and part numbers on the LED Back-Light Strips which may be of a help.
The 72 LED Lights are divided into 12 strips and one of the strips has two lights out and 5 other strips have one lights out (6 lights total have failed).
The LED Strips part number: LB50068 V0_00
and other numbers on each strip are:

KS-D 94V-0 81010
E465853

210BZ06D04336DL00L
73610008124
4D6640002EA0

Some other numbers on label inside back of Vizio 50" E50X-E1 TV:
TPT500U1-QVN03.U
LVA500QVN03AH12X0X
750TBV500350H8N000

Update:
I was not able to find/determine what the 72 individually LED lights are.
So I ordered 12 new LB50068 LED Backlight Strips, at a cost of about $70.00 from ShopJimmy.com.
