open tx 2.3.1 firmware Update x12s

I want to update my newly purchased x12s to open tx 2.3.1.
But x12s doesn't recognize my computer.
I copied and installed the firmware on the sd card but it failed. I was told that I needed a bin file,
but I couldn't find it in any version. How do I solve it?

Currently x12s is recognized as a bootloader when connected to a computer, but it says that it is not assigned.
I can't enter boot mode even on x12s. Please help.
