Change left joystick operation "on the fly"?

Post by ckambiselis »

Hi,
Got a 9XR Pro a few days ago as I am ugrading my hexa from Naza to Pixhawk and I'm trying to find if there is a way to change the right stick (mode 2) from the classic controls to camera gimbal control on-the-fly using one of the switches, the idea is, I fly to the position I want leave the hexa hovering and switch the stick to control the 3-axis gimbal.
As I'm thinking about it, the switch would change the 2 channels from "1&2" to "3&4".
I tried googling it but couldn't find anything, maybe I wasn't fraising it correctly.

Assume you want the AIL stick to control either channel 1 or channel 5, depending on the state of the AIL switch.
In the mixer use:
CH1: +100% Ail
R +100% CH1 switch(AIL) [A replace multiplex mix]
CH5: +100% Ail
R +100% CH5 switch(!AIL) [A replace multiplex mix]

This gives you the method you require.

Hmmm got a little bit confused by the values, but if it's from the Mixes settings I will check the manual and figure it out.

Thanks
