I'm having an issue with my install of a Radio Shack 2-pole 6 position rotary switch in place of my Pot1.

I can get 5 flight modes with my setup but should be able to get 6. The issue is that 2 of the switch values end up in the same range and the values are inverse from what I'd like.
range actual resistors(from memory)
FM1 0-1230 990 works 2.2K ohm
FM2 1231-1360 1238 works 1.5K ohm
FM3 1361-1490 1415 works 1.5K ohm
FM4 1491-1620 1589 works 1.5K ohm
FM5 1621-1749 1765 doesn't 2.2K ohm + 330 ohm
FM6 1750 + 2014 works
I'd like to have my values show up in reverse so that FM1 is Stabilize, FM2 is AltHold, FM3 is PosHold, FM4 is Brake and FM5 is Loiter while turning the rotary switch clockwise as I do now. Can I just switch the 5V+ and the ground on the switch to accomplish this? Or setup OPENTX so that it reads the inverse?
Also, what is the best method for getting a good reading for FM5/FM6 so that I have 6 PWMs in range? Add a resistor? Use lower value resistor on FM5? Setup a stepped curve in OPENTX for Pot1?
Thanks for any and all help. I'm good at following instruction but this is my first time wiring resistors, multi-position switches and dealing with PWMs.
