9xr pro bought on xmas deal, rtc not keeping time

Have a problem with my 9xr pro keeping time. It will not remember. Battery checks good. Got r218 on board. WHat else can I check to see if it is bad?

Open the radio and replace the RTC battery.. It's one of those round batteries, and it is placed vertically on the right side of the motherboard..
