3pos switch mod and OpenTX

Will I be able to use OpenTX after 3pos switch mod?
Will all switches work correctly in OpenTX?

If you converted your POT to the 3pos switch, then I would create a logical switches for every position... I did not found any other solution...
But I have 9X, not 9XR PRO.

I think he means the real 3 Position mod..
I don't know opentx but I guess it doesn't support any extra hardware. Again I'm just guessing..

The 9XR Pro was designed to work with ErSky9x firmware. It certainly runs with OpenTX but you don't get the benefit of developments designed specifically for the hardware, such as various options for installing additional switches.
