RadioMaster TX16S difficulties with programming scheme

I am using a Radiomaster TX16S running EdgeTX 2.7
I would like to develop a scheme where I can roll my Eachine P51 (while mostly in stabilized mode). What I would like to do is mix the radio so that anytime I am at 100% aileron the transmitter will change the value of a switch (to expert mode... disarming stability) until the aileron is restored to something less than 100% at which time the switch will go back into stable mode.
I was looking at YouTube videos before I even owned the transmitter and saw that somebody had come up with a scheme to do just this thing.... But for the life of me I cannot find it.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this?
