N-A often means Not Available (at least in computeralised measurements and sensors). Can it be you have set your receiver as channel 9-16 instead of 1-8?
If so, I would imagine that if the Tx can't find another receiver, ch1 to 8 is Not Available.

There is a great chance I am wrong since I'm only new to these kind of Tx and Rx but in my daily job (elektricity and instrumentation technician) N-A is always on the DCS "Not available"
