New Taranis x9D+SE 2019 no bootloader

After successfully installing the "firmware_x9dp 19095.bin" to solve bootloader problem and installing open tx 2.3.7 , I can no longer open the boot loader. Pressing in on yaw and roll tabs and turn on switch , boot loader will not come on after pressing multiple times.Hold too long and TX come on. If press tabs to outside boot loader comes on but disappears if I let the tabs go. For whatever reason there is always a glitch. Any suggestions
