Using Cross-Fire with Arduino instead of Flight Controller

Post by Sattva »

Hello.

I have 10 kWt BLDC motor with special controller that accepts 0 to 3.6 Voltage as a standard accelerator pedal (throttle) input.

Successfully tested it with

Code: Select all

FS-IA6B -> PWM signal -> Arduino Uno -> DAC 0..3.6V -> Throttle Controller input -> BLDC Motor 10 kWt
Use 5 channels and works fine with Radiomaster TX16S.

Now want to use Cross-Fire receiver.
i-Bus protocol must be possible to use with
either Arduino or ESP32.
Is here anybody with successful experience on such type of communication?

Configure the receiver to put out SBUS, there are lots of documentation and libraries for that.
