NOVICE needs HELP!!! (please)

i am new to this hobby and feel very excited to try it on. but i bought a eachine novice 3 and im having problems.

i had to put it in bootloader mode and now cant get zadig into my mac.... it doesnt recognize anything.... anyone knows how i can fix it?

Zadig is for Windows, mac shouldn't need anything.

Did you try another USB cable?
