How to Arduino for openXVario?

Post by EagleFly »

Hey Guys,
I´m sorry, but I am not experienced with arduino and I don´t understand how to get the openXVario starting point in arduino.
I know how to copile and how to load the example BLINK on my pro mini, this is clear for me!
And I understand that I have to use Configurator tool for create my individ. sensor setup parameters too.
But wich "Basic-File" for arduino I have to open for my FRsky X Setup and how can I open it within Arduino?
on Github I found this files:

oXs_config_advanced.h Create oXs_config_advanced.h 3 years ago
oXs_config_basic.h Create oXs_config_basic.h 3 years ago

If I download the file, I can´t open in my arduino, because:

And I´m sure I can´t drag and drop just the lines in the Arduino, I think there must be more register for the sensors too!?

I stand on the hose, can someone help me please?

Your Arduino IDE screen should look like this

In this screen you can adjust 'by editing' the two config file to your needs.

You can do that directly or use the CONFIGURATOR ...

After doing so, flash the Pro mini like you did with 'BLINK.ino'.
