Cheap 16ch receiver! Compatible?

Electronic projects that are either related to the firmwares for the 9x, or simply great for radio control applications.

Cheap 16ch receiver! Compatible?

Post by Rad »

Hi friends, I have just seen this:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000411 ... vnDpy&mp=1

A 16 ch receiver that I can well use in one of my toys. Do you know if it is compatible with the multi module?

I think (but I might be wrong) that the HG radios work with AFHDS 2A protocol, which is fine. Can somebody confirm? :D

Thanks and merry christmas!

Ok, I answer myself. I've found the specs of that receiver and it is indeed flysky compatible. I ordered it, so if it not works I will report back, lol.

Ok, I got it and... I cannot bind it, lol.
I tested flysky protocol, and AFHDS 2A and there is no way... Any ideas?

It's definitely not anything even remotely flysky if it's coming with an xn297...

I think to remember having seen someone talk about it in the multi protocol module thread over at rcgroups... Maybe you?

Btw. what micro controller does it use? The one below the rohs sticker? Wondering if it's a common model that could be reprogrammed to do something useful :-)
