OpenTx PPM Center

Post by saturnine »

Hello,

I use a TBS Tango 2 which technically uses FreedomTX, but for all intents and purposes I believe is virtually identical to OpenTX and is certainly based on OpenTX code.

I've read about how adjusting PPM Center in the Outputs menu should move servos, but in my case it does not. That is, if I move PPM Center from 1500 to say 1200 or even 1800, it has no effect on the physical servo output. I would have expected to see the physical servo center to shift accordingly. I've tried this with two servo types (KST and Hyperion) and nothing happens.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you, I appreciate any assistance.

That's handled at protocol level so it's likely a specificity of freedomTX/the code they wrote to talk to their module not implementing it.
