Jumper T-16 pro DMSX Problem

Good morning sir.
My transmitter is a Jumper T-16 Pro Hall V2 Mode 2 and my problem is when I try to link with a 12 channel Rx DSMX, when I link it it does not recognize it as 12 channels and leaves it on 7 channels, I have updated the new firmware both from the transmitter and the internal module, I don't know if I do something wrong if you could help me, I would really appreciate it.
